Bikram Gosh Flow 90min

  • 90 Minutes
  • 40 Postures and 2 breathing exercises
  • Some experience is best, but not required

Instructors practice with the students in this class where we flow Bikram yoga postures. In addition we include salutations, arm balances and hip opening postures. Some familiarity with the 26 Bikram postures is best, but experience not required. You don’t need skills to do this class, but you will develop skills by doing it. Room is heated.

Gosh Classic 84 Asanas 2hr

84 postures in the Ghosh Yoga tradition. This is an advanced class for an experienced practitioner and intermediate class experience required. This class is 120 minutes in a heated room.

Yin Yoga 60min

  • 60 Minutes
  • 5-7 Postures held for long periods of time
  • Slow-paced

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This class is 60 minutes with no added heat.
