Hot 60 Min

A variation of our same Hot 26 and 2 yoga poses where most are performed once. This version is a great complement to your regular 90 min practice. Don’t let being busy be an excuse to not come!

Ghosh Flow

Our 26 and 2 come from this Ghosh Series of 84 postures, promoting general good health. The teacher will practice with you as you learn new poses and begin to Flow them. These sequences expand your practice with salutations, hip opening and arm balancing postures. They help develop strength and flexibility. Some familiarity with the 26 and 2 is helpful, but not required. You don’t need skills to start this class, but you will develop skills by doing it!

Classic 84

The Bikram 84 Advanced Series is a comprehensive 2-hour sequence from the Ghosh lineage expanding beyond the foundational 26-posture sequence to include 84 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Practiced in a heated room, it incorporates advanced backbends, inversions, and balances that build strength, flexibility, and focus. This series emphasizes precision, control, and breath awareness, creating a challenging yet meditative flow that develops endurance, discipline, and deeper mind-body connection.

Heated Ashtanga

The Ashtanga Primary Series is the foundation of vinyasa yoga. The sequence aligns the body and strengthens the nervous system. The teacher will practice with you, still watching and helping you with proper alignment. The class uses Sun Salutations, a standing and floor sequence, and ends with a closing series. The class is appropriate for beginners and a more seasoned practitioner.

Heated Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, vigorous style of yoga practiced in a heated room. It links breath with continuous, flowing movements (Vinyasa) to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. The heat helps loosen muscles, allowing for deeper stretches and increased sweat.

Rocket 2

Rocket 2 Yoga is a dynamic, high-energy, and fast-paced power yoga flow designed to increase strength and flexibility, focusing heavily on backbends, arm balances, and deep hip openers. Rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Intermediate Series, it is designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners seeking to build heat, improve stamina, and explore inversions.

Warm Yin

Warm Yin is a, slow-paced, meditative yoga practice performed in a warm room to facilitate deeper, passive stretches held for 3–8 minutes. It targets deep connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints—using heat to enhance flexibility, encourage relaxation, and improve mobility while supporting joint health.
