Bikram Ghosh Flow 90min

  • Some familiarity with Bikram yoga is best, but not required

Instructors practice with the students in this class where we flow Bikram yoga postures. In addition we include salutations, arm balances and hip opening postures. Some familiarity with Bikram yoga is best, but not required. You don’t need skills to do this class, but you will develop skills by doing it.

Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes. In this class we encourage you to relax muscles and perform passive poses that are held for several minutes. The Yin practice focuses on static movement, breath work (Pranayama) and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice that alleviates pain in the lower back, hips and other areas of the body. A great complement to your regular 90 minute Bikram class!
