Bikram Yoga RA has two locations serving Richardson, Allen, McKinney, Frisco, Plano and Fairview with certified Bikram Yoga instructors. Our comfortable, casual atmosphere is a welcoming place for you the learn yoga and discover your new health regime. Improve your Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Mental Focus, Cardio Conditioning and Stamina. Bikram Yoga is the original hot yoga. The 90 minute work out is for all levels, designed to improve your physical strength, balance and flexibility. The series features two breathing exercises and 26 hatha yoga postures, practiced in a heated room. In addition to all the important class and studio information, our website is here to help you learn more about Bikram Yoga, its benefits, and keep you up to date with our special events.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Advanced Classic 84 Asanas Class has a prerequisite, minimum 6 months of a consistent 4 day per week Beginner Bikram practice to attend.
