Bikram Yoga is the original hot yoga. The 90 minute work out is for all levels, designed to improve your physical strength, balance and flexibility. The series features two breathing exercises and 26 hatha yoga postures, practiced in a heated room. Bikram Yoga Richardson and Allen are studios with friendly certified Bikram Yoga instructors. Our comfortable and casual atmosphere is a welcoming place for you to learn yoga, get started on a new health regime, or continue and improve your practice. In addition to all the important class and studio information, our website is here to help you learn more about Bikram Yoga, its benefits, and keep you up to date with our special events.
