WHAT IS HEATED ASHTANGA?

Scott invites you to join him in this 60 minute Ashtanga Vinyasa class. Practicing sun salutations and arm balancing will develop dynamic core strength while encouraging strong breath control to quiet the mind in the static postures makes it a great compliment to the 26/2 series.

A stronger relationship with the breath creates space for growth in our asana practice. Scott will practice along with the class to provide demonstrations and modifications. Practitioners of all experience levels are encouraged to attend this fun and challenging class.
